  4. Welcome to our Try It First demonstration version of MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing! MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing require Claris FileMaker Pro¬Æ 2.0 to run.

This version of MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing is password protected for distribution through shareware channels such as user groups and commercial online networks. Try MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing out for a few days. Once you see how useful it is, you'll want to upgrade so you can unlock the software. Both programs normally cost $129, but users of online networks may upgrade for only $69.

  19. INSTALLING MACPHOTO or MACWRITER BILLING ON YOUR HARD DRIVE

Install MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing. DRAG MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing files into the FileMaker Pro folder of your hard drive. Do not rename MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing files; scripts require the original file names to run properly. DOUBLE-CLICK on the MACPhoto Billing or MACWriter Billing icons to run the program.

  24. SOFTWARE CHANGES

  26. System 7 users will occasionally find some odd character breaks displayed, particularly if you use the Truetype fonts Times and Helvetica that are included with Apple‚Äôs System software.

  28. SYMPTOM:
  29. Bold words have excessive intercharacter spacing and sometimes plain and/or bold words are truncated (cut off). This is most obvious on printed forms.

  31. SOLUTION:
  32. 1.  We recommend you remove these TrueType fonts from your System file (Fonts folder for System 7.1) and use Adobe‚Äôs Times and Helvetica fonts to minimize character displacement. Adobe Times and Adobe Helvetica are included with Adobe‚Äôs Plus Pack‚Ñ¢ or Basics‚Ñ¢, which you probably already own.
